Please find relevant photos for training conducted at UTAC Manufacturing Services Malaysia Sdn Bhd Malacca on 17-18th. April 2018 for " Creative 8D Problem Solving Methodology" at their manufacturing facilities. Workshop style setup and Adult Learning Techniques (VAK - Visual, Auditory & Kinesthetic) was employed to enhance the results and outcomes of this training.
An actual factory problem was used to guide training participants to walk through all the 8 Steps from D1 thru D8, hands-on practical session and completed with each team assignment presentation!
